What do you think about a "graduate" tax ?

POLITICIANS were today urged to ditch plans for a graduate tax after a damning survey revealed huge opposition to the proposal.

The scheme, which could replace fixed tuition fees, would see university leavers pay a levy on their income once they start work.

But a survey by leading careers website WikiJob has shown that more than two thirds of graduates oppose the idea.

The study disclosed that 70% of graduates prefer to retain the current system of student fees instead of being forced to pay a percentage of their salaries in tax once they start work.
